For this 5th blend, we focused on more "youth" to incorporate a softer, milder palate which will lead to better life and length in the bottle. We want this beer to express Side Project and our blending characteristics for years to come as you enjoy it now or later.

Cloudy. The aroma has a nice bit of brett, good stone fruit, it has medium acidity, lighter than this brewery's norm. Decent juiciness, again peach accents. Good balance. Off-dry wood note in the finish.

750ml (thx, Brent L.!) @ SF shared with Phill and Josh.
Aroma: wild, funky, Brett, oak, some acidity.
Taste: along the same, nice funk and fruity character.
Overall: good one and less acidic than I expected. Maybe mellowed over time?

Flaska från Side Project, blend 5. Klar ljusguldig med vit krona. Frisk, med riktigt pigg syra, massor av citrusskal/vita, grapebeska, pissoartablett, vita druvor, en gnutta citronmaräng, aprikoskärnor, vita persikor. Friska, klara smaker och syra med snygg avvägd beska till. Mycket gott.

Bottle. Pours orange gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, straw, funk, citrus. Medium body, funky, apple skin, oak, light tartness, dry finish, enjoyed this.
