From a 2 week old $3 crowler from JRs. Almost muddy hazy pale. Big foaming head. Smells like pine. Lots of big penetrating flavors, over the top. Its like a quick burst of wind against the outside walls of your house. You here it but want to ignore it. So big, so juicy. There is a little of that session veggie thing going on but at least its not your your skunk cabbage face like so many others. I find there is some cutting sizzling co2 hidden down under if you seek it - surprising for a ubiquitous mega millions of them style. I poured some more into my glass, it makes for a very nice muddy foaming & rolling presentation. Not one for IPA but this happy hoppy stuff is terribly on style. Should be styled as a muddy NE IPA, its not really much session here.

Cloudy pale golden colour, good frothy white to off-white head, half-way lasting, patchy lacing. Aroma pale malt, tangerine, lemon, pine, spicy notes. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, tangerine, light grapefruit. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild bittersweet aftertaste, citrus pith, quite spicy bitterish finish. Easy to drink, very nice.
