A love of American microbrews is the inspiration behind this IPA, brewed with generous amounts of aromatic, American hops, which provide the significant freshness and bitterness with lots of citrus notes. The taste sensations are nicely balanced by the sweetness from the caramel malt.

Can. Cotteridge, Brum. Hazy, deep, orange amber. Decent, sticky, lasting, cream coloured head. Nose has citrus pulp. Orange peel. Candied citrus. Oily hop resins. Some gooey malt sweetness in the background. Taste has an initial sweetness, turning resinous, zest oil bitter. Nice mouthfeel. Full body. Zesty, resinous finish.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber-red, light beige head. Tropical fruit and piney aroma, appaya, dome dank. The malts are really subdued. The taste is similar - tropical fruit, mellow citrus pith bitterness. The malts are somewhere around - not letting the beer feel dry. Very well done.
