Brewery draught, 1/17/25.
Clear, lighter blonde. Small, white head.
Big, aromatic nose full of rich cereals and spicy hops. Very authentic yeast character adding white grape and light apple. Clean.
Malty, rich and attenuated with big biscuit and moderate honey-like character. Crisp, with tasteful, spicy hop character and excellent, authentic yeast.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. It's a pale yellow with no sparkle, ring of white head. Aroma is light fruit, bitter hops, yeast. Taste is similar to aroma but more fruit forward. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a gook Kolsch-Style with better taste than flavor.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is crisp bready malt and floral hops. Flavor is more chewy bready malt with some floral hops and a pop of bitterness. Very clean and well made kolsch.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a yellow gold with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is floral, grass, straw. Slick body, straw, wheat, light crisp finish, very good.
