A single barrel of our imperial stout that was aged in a Willett Bourbon barrel for 16 months before being racked to a single Ruby Port barrel from Noboleis Vineyards and finished for 8 months before release.

Bottle at Side Project. Pours a dark brown with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is bourbon, port, roast, dark chocolate, wood. Slick body, roasted malt, port, chocolate, marzipan, molasses, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
