A colablack beer, a head is almost medium and yellowish beige. Aroma has salt liquorice, mild barrel, some sweet and citrus notes. Succesfull and interesting. Taste is more modest and balanced than aroma... is it good or bad, everyone can choose it by yourself. Taste has chocolate, salt liquorice, saltyness, low roastiness, still sweet citrus. Only medium+ bodied. Interesting, very nice beer, but the balance could be better.

33cl bottle from Alko. Poured cola dark with a thin white head. Lovely mezcal sweet nose, some fruity, chocolaty aroma. Flavor has chocolate, hint of booze, mezcal, raw chocolate. Sweet, warming finish. Really nice barrel work. Some wood. Just loving this brewery's barrel aged beers.

Level 6 bottleshare. Semi opaque dark brown beer, thin pale tan head. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a little dark chocolate. Mezcal spice and aniseed. Little ripe orange peel. Flamed feels a little pretentious. Smooth semi dry finish. Tasty but it's not really singing. Disappointed by these new Pohjala releases.

Zlozone. Niemo

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 815 - BB 08.01.2022, from Alko, 20190316) The beer poured clear and nearly black. Its head was medium sized, lightly brown and it disappeared quickly. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla, dark chocolate and lightly spiciness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, dark chocolate, sweetness, alcohol and bitterness. Aftertaste had vanilla, wood, alcohol and bitterness A bit too boozy brew with complex but still rather pleasant woody notes.

Bottled 330ml (Alko web) Dark brown colour, small beige head. Toasted, medicinal licorice aroma. Medium to light-bodied. Smooth. Licorice, caramel, mezcal, light smokey feeling, toasted malts. Warming. Similarities to other Cellar Series brews. Nice brew but more or less one-time enjoyment.
