Nice, crisp kolsch. Dry, pleasant and a little farmish hay. Pours clear golden without much head. Snappy crisp finish. Tap at brewery in Fairfax.

Dorée claire, col blanc épais.
Arôme est fin , finement houblonné - DE style hops, fleuri, avec un léger efet terreux, rétro-nasal sur notes de grains/céréales concassés - green hop freshness.
Palais est crisp, classique malt pils, petite sécheresse en bouche, houblonné noble apportant une belle amertume, légèrement fleurie - fini assez propose, pas vraiment de présence esters de la levure. Petite pointe de froment pour le côté bien blanc du col.

Pounder: Mild lemongrass nose. Clear yellow, medium snow white head, little retention. Dandelion, lemongrass, hay. Light body, easy carbonation. Quite a hoppy kolsch. I actually prefer the less-hoppy kolsch from Virginia breweries. This is good too, just in a different way.
