Clear blond colour, white foam. Sweet with fruity notes and notes of honey, nice bitterness in the finish. Good Maibock.

Deep gold with a fleeting, frothy head. Aroma of honey and grass with a dash of strawberry jam. Taste is very mildly sweet with both caramel and fruity undertones. Finishes with a mild, grainy bitterness. Body to heavy side of medium, mild carbonation. A good one.

Bottle. Golden color. Floral aroma with a hint of orange. Almost full bodied. Malty, bready flavor with amandelspijs, soft floral notes and a hint of orange.

Bottled 330ml. -from Weyermann Fan Shop Bamberg as Weyermann 18 on the label. Clear dark golden coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, malty alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, caramel, noticable alcohol and touch of herbs with rather sweet finish. This one goes a bit too much on the sweet side.

330ml Bottle - Light amber with a small head. Malt, honey and wort in the aroma. Malty and fairly sweet taste with honey, strawberries and syrup detected.

330ml bottle, 6.9 % abv, kindly shared by djoeye. Patchy pearl white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Cloudy apricot coloured body. Modest aroma of mid-sweet malty sweetness and ripe fruits. Malt-fruity flavours of ripe citrus and caramel malt. Bittersweet endnotes. Medium bodied. Decent. (Session with Finn and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 07.12.2017).

Helles, süßlich hopfiger Beginn. Vergoren fruchtig, starke Karbonisierung, die das Bier aber spritziger erscheinen lässt. Steigende Herbe, trocken hellmalzig. Alkoholisch wirkendes Ende. 12/10/9/9/9/9

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Caramel malty aroma with a touch of honey, mandarine zest, some malt-spiciness, slightly floral hoppy overtones. Taste is fruity caramel malty, hints of unripe peach and mandarine, bitter hoppy overtones and malt-spiciness lend a biting touch; light, refreshing, very drinkable, has almost Ale-character in this regard. Pretty nice Heller Bock.
