A Little Less Conversation is een Bourbon BA whiskey sour ale. Deze collab tussen Van Moll en Eleven is gebrouwen toen het buiten 30 graden was. Nu het kwik richting vriespunt daalt zijn de barrels geleegd. Het resultaat is een mooie kettlesour, gebrouwen met citroenschillen en het complexe karakter van de buffalo trace vaten.

Fruity sour. mild with not too much bitterness. Hints of grain, lots of lemon fruitiness without being too sour. Nice refreshing, mild smooth sour.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of wood, vanilla, tart pale malt. Taste of sour pale malt, intense wood, vanilla, some brett. Good!

Bottle. Color: Slighty hazy golden, very thin off-white head. Aroma: Sweetish, Bourbon, vanilla, slightly sour hints. Taste: Combination of sweetish, over moderate sweet, Bourbon and vanilla and light to moderate sour lemon / lemonpeel / orangepeel notes. Lightly boozy. More sweetish than sourish. Just under medium body, just under average carbonation. Bourbon finish. Unusual, interesting combination, works out ok but too thin bodied in my opinion..
