A west coast double IPA brewed old skool style - dry and bitter and loaded with Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, and Cascade hops.
Taste: A resiny aggressive hop profile meets sweet biscuity malt profile. Sweet floral notes and pink grapefruit shine through with a palate-smashing charge of bitter citrus and herbal flavours.

On tap at Goblet, Zagreb. Hazy orange, white head. Medium hoppiness, citrus, some pine, ripe fruit. Sweet with moderate bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

KØLF 181019. Yellow-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, oranges, alcohol. Flavor is oranges, alcohol, pine, grapefruit. Nice old scholl IIPA

Tap at Goblet ZG. Misty dark amber body, big white head. Dusty aroma, candy, stale maltiness, tangerine. Heavy, slightly stale heavy maltiness in the taste too, candy notes, onion, light tangerine too. Okay, not much more sadly.

Bottle at Distillers Republic, Riga Of course one of the benefits of drinking with Fat Phil is when he starts recommending Estonian stuff. This has a nice nutty and grainy aroma. Pours a classic IPA brown colour, though hazy, with a small white head and good lacing. Hops dominate in the mouth, but there are also oranges and nuts there. Finish is dry and hoppy with a nice bitteraftertaste. Good stuff – well done that man !.

Draught @ Rööperin Hopstop, Helsinki. Sweet, caramely malty and sticky with some toffee, fudge, pine, grassy hops and lingering bitterness. A bit too sweet and caramely.

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Alex. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, fruity, zesty, citrusy, ripe stone fruit. Lots of fruit flavour. Honey, light syrup, lots of zest and orange pulp. Drinkable. Thick though. Light bitterness.

Fat tapphuset. Klassiskt färgad Old school Dipa. Ja ja hur smakar den? Lugn vi börjar med doften. Doftar som om du är i malten ja du simmar runt i malten. I munnen? Smakar ek och ek samt lite kavring. Njae inte nån vidare Old school finns måååånga bättre. Inga konstigheter l eftersmak dock utan smakar likadant från doft till slut.
