Supremely crushable with old world confidence and new world flair. This light saison has a hint of Brett character, and was gently hopped with Ahtanum and Talus, giving it a fruity veil of melon, grape, citrus and spice.

Just a slight haze, medium head. This one’s toasty, kind of off in terms of yeast character. That’s just getting into the smokey phenols thing that I wouldn’t think should be here. Tart. Pedio. Things happening here that are not good.

Clear light gold body and okay foam. Aroma is really weak tart grain, seems clean at least. Taste is soft sour grain, lemon zest, ends a little wet. Too weak, very forgettable.
