473mL can @ ABC. Cooling system is on the fritz so no taps available, cans only. Chestnut brown with minimal white head. Gentle roast and toasted nuts with a feint sweetness. Easy drinking.

Apr 21, 2022 (7/4/7/3/14=3.5): Poured from the tap. Dark mahogany brown with small light beige head. Toasted malt, slightly Bready, hint of nuts, not bad.

On tap at Another Beer Co, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of toasted bready malt and a hint of toasted nuts. Flavour is nice and malty, with deep dark rye bread, toasted nuts and a hint of burnt sugars. Fairly dry with a deep malt bill that reminds me of being back in Czech. Really solid.

Medium brown with a decent head. Toasty malt notes with some dark sugars in there as well. The malt character isn't bad. It's a bit thin, touch acidic even, but there's some complexity to the malt character, especially on the dark sugars. Haven't been to Czech in a while but I swear that's an important part of the profile. A bit of toastiness as well.

Has excellent beige foam on a dark brown body, served in a very cute beer glass. Smells of good biscuit and molasses, some cocoa. Taste is nice deep biscuit, more molasses, slight bitter chocolate on the back end. Lingering bitterness is nice but it's just a little thin. Still very nice and really enjoyable.
