Bottled. Honeyish golden colour with a white foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is farmyard, some floral, yeasty, caramelly and mild tart tones. Flavour is tartness, some floral, mild dried fruits with some yeasty and mild biscuity tones.

Light hazy golden with a white head - Malt and some fruity yeast aroma - Malt body with a fruity yeaty flavour and hints of bitterness - The fruity yesaty flavours goes into the finish - This was nice

Lys gylden.Middels høyt kritthvitt tett skum som daler sakte. Nesten klar. Aroma av malt, gress & litt gjær. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken tørket frukt. Litt eple etter hvert. Tørr - lett bitter avslutning. Litt anonym - men definitivt et særpreg.

500ml bottle, batch nr. 268, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a pearl white tophead over a misty, warm golden body. Spotty lacing. Moderate aromas of farmyard, herms, and earthy malts. Mixed taste of dried fruit, kveik yeast, and caramel malts offset by a vibe of mild tartness. Lightly spiced saison fruity finish. Fine bodied. Likable. (Tromsø 25.03.2022).
