Cask at B&K, Dorchester. Pours clear mid brown with a white head. Aroma: malts, biscuit, hedgerow fruits. Taste: light sweet & bitter, malts, nutty, earthy hop. Medium bodied with soft carb. Standard trad bitter

Cask @ the brewpub. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, caramel, nuts, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

14/7/2019. Cask at the Brewhouse & Kitchen, Dorchester. Pours hazy dark amber with a small bubbly head. Aroma of sweet malt, toffee, dried fruit, flowers and biscuit. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with a hint of sour. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Ok.

Cask-conditioned at the brewpub 5/7/2016. Amber in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. An easy drinking session beer, with a malty edge, some leafy hops and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the brewpub, 28/10/15. Clear golden with a decent light beige cap that retains well. Nose is light malt, bready notes, trace of citric zest. Taste comprises bread dough, biscuit, caramel, light maltings. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterings. Ok session affair if a lite thin in places.
