Appearance is mahogany, with a half-finger foamy beige head. Aroma is caramel, cherry, toffee, fruitcake, malt loaf. Taste- peppery rye malt, cherry cake, fruitcake, fruity malt, caramel backbone.

Creamy tan head on a reddish brown still body. Rye, chocolate & red berry aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated & clean. Red berry, pine, fruity, malt & spicy tastes.
