Bottle 500ml. @ home. 🏡🇩🇰 ❄☃️ 💻👀

[ As Grauballe Carstens Jul ].
ABV: 7.8%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, candy, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, belgian yeast, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, oaky - tannies - smoke, candy, belgian yeast, fruity yeast, caramel, sweet malt, IMO quit unbalanced. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220204]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a small, beige head. Sharp oaky tannins in the nose. Rich, sweet body, caramels and a lowish carbonation. Again fairly sharp oaky notes while the Cognac is kinda hidden. I guess it's a decent Winter Warmer but the additions simply aren't all that well integrated. 240221
