Oh my goodness. I love cheesecake and I love this. The barrel goes far too. Nice boozy berry packed creamy cheesecake. Wish I had saved it for dessert, so good. a tangy acidic finishes this wonderful mead out.

Slightly brownish red, syrupy look. Smell is sweet, definitely cheesecake, followed by bourbon. Berries are more of a general red fruityness. Soft, bit boozy, warming. Taste is sweet, nice HH, and some soft cheesecake. General berryness. Damn tasty.
