Tap @ Beer Temple. Dark amber color. Oak, vanilla and grapes in the vinous aroma. Red fruit, sourness, but also the bourbon and vanilla in the flavor. Weird but quite interesting.

Draft at beertemple. Aroma of sour cherry, tart, oak, ripe red grape and vineus red grape. Taste has rich fruity tart, funk, oak, vineus red grape and a long fruity finish. Very nice.

Draft at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Clear red amber with no head. Aroma of tart dark berries, cherry and dark grapes. Flavour is moderate sweet and above light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Zinfandel. Pours an almost clear deep red colour. Aroma's are sour and wood. Retronasal it's sourish, sweetish, a bit vinous and wood. Flavour is moderate sour and moderate sweet. Medium bodied. Finsihs is long with wood and vanilla and light tart.
