Draught (backlog). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is zest, some tart wood, mild funky notes as well as some spicy and herbal notes. Flavour is tart wood, zest, yeasty and herbal with some slight grainy and bready notes. Something like a semi-sour saison or something...

(Keg at Villi Wäinö, 20160728) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spiciness, fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, fruitiness, grass, sweetness, berries and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A poor saison.

Smell of citrus. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of apple, sour berries. Sour, slightly bitter. Wild but soft carbon.

Tap at Black Door, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, berries, sourness, dryness and some tartness.
