Cask (backlog). Golden colour with a small head. Aroma is sweet malts, some floral and wooden notes. Flavour is citrus, some sweet malts, mild bready malts too with some mild herbs and grass in the finish.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet mlaty with fruity esters. The flavor is sweet - almost artificial with light notes of malt and citrus, leading to a slightly bitter finish. The body is light.

Yellow with a small white head. Grass and apple peel aroma. Dry flavour with hints of apple.

Cask gravity at Red Lion, Snargate. Pale copper colour with thin white head. Nice light session bitter, some pale malt, quite juicy. Subtle hop on end. Juicy malt is good.
