Talviale eroaa kesäalesta siinä, että talvialea juodaan talvella. Muuten niinku ihkaoikea bitter, mutta hedelmää ja katkeroa sopivasti enemmän. Keväthanki maistuu jo vaikkei olla vielä edes talvipäivän seisahduksia kuunneltu. Raikas ja tuoreeltaan ruohoinen vaalea talviolut, "jouluolut" tai noh...olut. Chinook, East Kent Goldings ja Citra ovat tällä kertaa vastuussa IBUista ja Lallemandin Nottingham-hiivalla piirretään piste i:n päälle. Näyttää hyvältä ja tuntuu hyvältä.

Draught@Lakeuden Panimojuhlat 2017. Hazy deep golden colour with a mediumsized head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some slight "peppery" hops as well as bready and sweet malts. Flavour is a crisp maltiness, some wooden notes as well as some fruity and floral notes along with some mild red berries to it. Alcohol gives it a slight punch and suits the flavour profile well.
