Tap@SOPP Helsinki
Murky brown-pinky color, small steady off-white head. Earthy cranberry, red wine aroma. Medium-bodied. Cranberry tannines. Dry mouthfeel in the aftertaste, All elements are there nicely in the balance. Probably got some ABV boost from the barrel.

(Bottle at SOPP Helsinki 2016) The beer poured quite red and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had vanilla and tart berries. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were vanilla, berries, tartness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry, woody, tart and bitter. A bit weird brew. Finishing the whole bottle would be a challenge.

Bottle @ SOPP 2016. Pours reddish with a small head. Aroma of vinous berries, tartness, wood, oak and mild hints of cranberry juice. Taste is vinous, sourish, tart and earthy with some wood, oak and cranberry juice. Finish is tart and sourish with some green apples, vinous berries, lactic notes and earthiness. Not sure if the sourness is intentional or not, feels a bit off.
