Bottled@HBF2016. Brown colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, earthy and mildly yeasty with some slight sourness. Flavour is quite similar with a mild nutty edge to it as well.

From bottle @hbf 2016. Poured brown with a thin off white head. Bready, hops, some sweetness. Balanced. Bread, rye, spicey notes. Toasted malty. I like the breadyness here.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2016) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and toasted malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, toasted malts, caramel, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was toasty and bitter. A decent brown ale.
