(Bottle, 0.5 l - no BB marking, swing top, from Heila, 20200715) The cider poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was small, fizzy and white. Aroma had apples, apple juice and lightly tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were apples, tartness, acidic notes and hints of sourness. Aftertaste had apples and tartness. A decent but bit thin cider.

Bottled (backlog). Yellow colour, not too much head. Aroma is apples, some mild vanilla, vinegar and nectar. Flavour is rather similar in a quite nice balance. Mild acidic notes to it as well. By the time of the rating, this was one of the better real ciders in Finland.

Aroma is unpleasant with sake, white wine tones and wallpaper paste. Flavour has wallpaper paste, some ripe apples, fruit sugar and some sake. Finishes with phenol and alcohol. Not good.
