Tap @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Canned apricot in the aroma. Moderately sour, fruity flavor with apricot and citrus. Hints of metal in the aftertaste.

Pour from 75 cl bottle @ BT's 5th anniversary. Hazy golden color. Frothy off white head. Aroma's: fruity, sourish, woody. Retronasal: sourish but mild, sweetish, woody. Flavor is moderate sour & sweet. Medium bodied. Dryish tartish finish.
