Draught@Kaisla, Helsinki (backlog). Deep amber colour with a small fluffy slightly off-white head. Aroma is bready, some grains, nuts and floral notes to it. Flavour is wooden, floral and mild nutty and grainy notes. Surprisingly strong on the grainy side for this brewery! They normally have quite a good balance and maltiness to their beers.

Clear amber color, small steady white head, lace. Light caramelly, berryish aroma. Light bodied. Some caramel, berryish notes, light earthy hops. Not much going on, could have few more IBUs.

Pours dark reddish with a thick smooth head. Aroma of caramely malts, some grassy hoppiness, dark fruitiness and nutty notes. Taste is malty, nutty and caramely with hints of rye, berries and fruits. Finish is harsh, malty and carbonated with hints of rye, fruits and nuts. A bit unbalanced.

Tap at Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Colour is clear amber with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Floral, grain, sweetness, caramel, some hops and some malts.

Sweet, caramelly aroma with some hay. Flavour is sweet with caramel, fruity hops, minerals and some vegetabes. Palate is a bit too high on CO2. Slightly messy, without the vegetable notes this could be excellent.

(Keg at Kuikka, 20130920) The beer poured reddish brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and almost white. Aroma had malts, molasses, sweet rye bread and hops. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, grass, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, mild roastedness and medium bitterness. A tasty bready brew.
