@Kølsters 12 Haner. Goldeny orange colour with minor head. Aroma is apples, some slight nutty notes along with some vinegar as well as mild yeasty notes. Flavour is green apples along with ripe apples as well as some slight acidic and yeasty notes.

75 cl bottle. Cloudy yellow, no head. Aroma is sulphorish and light wooden. Smooth juicy, light acetone. Citric and sharp. Vague sweetness. Dry and acetone finish.

Bottled. A hazy yellow cider. The aroma has notes of apples and hints of vinegar. The flavor is acidic with notes of apples and vinegar, leading to a tart finish.
