Draught @ Bryggeri Helsinki. Aroma has soapy citrus, apricot, and yeast. Flavor has minerals, yeast, some grassy hops and fruity tones. A bit foamy palate, nothing unusual for saisin though. Refreshing and solid. The minerals become stronger after some sips, this could use more fruits.

Draught@HBF2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some grassy, fruity as well as some earthy and funky notes. Flavour is caramel, some earth, mild spices, citrus and some mild funkiness.

(Keg at HBF2015) The beer poured golden and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, floralness and spices. Palate was rather light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, floralness, hops and bitterness. Aftertaste was floral and bitter. Too floral for me.

Tap at HBF 2015, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, sweetness, some spices, Belgian yeast and malts. Very sweet saison.
