Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5.5
A brown, slightly orange beer, a head is interesting, a big and blond that’s clouding already during the pouring and then also growing in the glass. Aroma has wood, some bread and citrusfruits, not so fresh. Taste has nuts and wood, some citrusfruits and wet grass. Medium bodied, nice carbonation. Confusing, not so fresh as this should be and too much of wood.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Metallic, slightly citrusy aroma, quite light. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, lime, some grains. Somewhat ok. Could be more fruitier, now quite straightforward citrusy.

Bottled@Rotterdam, Helsinki. Amber colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is strawberry juice, some herbs, grains and a bit mash like sweetness. Flavour is cereals, some slight acidic wood, quite strawberryish along with mild grapefuit and mango. Some slight notes of yeast to be found as well. Felt messy, and might even have an early stage of an infection going on, considering it was still "fresh".

Bottle 0.5l at Rotterdam, Helsinki. BBE 22.01.2016. Colour is deep orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, pine, spruce, mint?, some caramel, some sweetness, herbs, hops and malts.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 22.1.2016, at Kaisla, 20150320) The beer poured pale mahogany coloured and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, herbalness and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, herbalness, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was herbal, malty and bitter. Like a blend of a mediocre dubbel and an ipa gone weird.

50 cl bottle @ Rotterdam, Helsinki. BBE 22.01.2016. Aroma has toffee, strawberries and sweet biscuits. Flavour has grapefruit, strawberries, some sweet malt, cereal and distant acidic tones. Finishes with mild herbal bitterness and lingering hops. Feels messy and even a bit worty.
