Cask (thanks Caspar, backlog). Orangeish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, caramel, wood, some slight toffee and floral notes. Flavour is quie much butterschotch with some mild floral and wooden notes.

Cask gravity at 1st K&ES Railway BF 2009. Gold, slight haze, thin off white head. Bit of yeast, esters and a bit of cardboard. Made with a Belgian yeast maybe as this is so estery?? Not really my thing.
