Draught@Bruuveri, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is green apple, some tart wooden notes as well a some mild dry earthyness. Flavour is apples, quite mouthdrying palate with wooden and earthy notes. Dry palate and dry tart apples in finish. Lovely balance, and actually feeling like a real and good cider.
