Cask @ Snow Goose, Inverness 070711 Appearance - Light brown-amber, clear, 1 finger dense white head. Aroma - light biscuit malt, some bitter hop, slight diacetyl - not much on the nose. Taste - fruity bitter hops, bit of butterscotch. Lingering bitter, dry, bit metallic finish. Just standard bitter. Nothing special.
