Box@Bree Louise, London. Amber colour, no head. Aroma is apples, some mild ripe fruits as well as mild earthy and yeasty notes. Flavour is sweet, but very dry apples with mild yeasty notes as well. Pleasant!

On tap at the Bree Louise. Pours a rich amber with few bubbles. Light, dank apple aroma with some funk. Lightly sweet flavor with some spices and more dankness. Medium bodied and pretty smooth with almost no carbonation. Obscenely dry finish, sweet, with cellar-like mustness. Good stuff this.

750ml bottle from Corks, Bristol. Pale gold in colour with a touch of sparkle. Juicy, dry apple aroma with a hint of yeast and sulphur. Easy drinking, with clean, dryish apple fruit, and a decent dry finish. A bit clinical and probably came off worse due to being sampled straight after Ermie and Gertie’s more characterful farmhouse cider.
