Cask. Deep rubyish brown colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is chocolate, some ashes, roasted malts, a bit fruity notes as well. Flavour is roasted malts, ashes, some liquorice and also some sweetish dark fruityness.

Cask handpull at Pembury Tavern, London. Very deep ruby with lasting thin dark beige head. Roasted choc aroma in stunning. Good choc in mouth, very light hop. Some bitter dark choc. More charcoal in mouth. I expected a bit more depth and mouthfeel. Good flavours. Bit acidic towards end. Tad of gum puckering. Most people really liked this.

Cask@Angleterre, Helsinki. Opaque black, small tan head with big bubbles. Roasty, milk chocolaty aroma. Very chocolaty, a bit smokey, soem tar in the aftertaste. Light enough for being "easy to drink". Nice light and chocolaty real ale porter.
