This India Pale Lager was brewed with our friends Notch in support of The Pink Boots Society, a non-profit supporting women working in brewing. Notch Production Manager Brienne heads up the Boston branch and arranged for us to use Pink Boots' exclusive YCH hop blend. A proportion of profits will go to the society and formation of a UK chapter.

Can from Cork & Cask. Clear deep golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of cereal and honey. Flavour of straw, earth and marmalade. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A touch too sweet for me. Not particularly enjoyable.

Medium body. Foamy carbonation. A tad sticky. Lingering, pithy, stewed citrus bitterness to finish. Nice one.
