As with all of our ciders, this is slowly fermented at ambient temperatures with wild yeast and natural sugars. After a malolactic fermentation and a careful re-rack, this as lovely as it was the first time we released it three years ago.
Aptly named after the Red Devil Parachute display team, these cider apples create some amazing flavours. When pressed, the juice holds a lovely pink colour; the pink gradually dissipated with the maturation and we decided not to interfere with the course of nature. The end result was a bright and clear wine-style cider, similar to a rosé in taste.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Sparkling, golden colour with pinkish tinge, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, some funk. Taste is slightly tart, fruity apple, fleshy, strawberry hint, caramel notes, alittle funk, wine-like, and with drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
