7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, wood, caramel, touch of funk. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily and watery, average carbonation.

750ml bottle from Beer Moth. Pale orangey gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, wood barrel hints. Taste is tangy, fruity apple, fleshy, some skin and core, with wood barrel notes and some wine-like hints, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
