Three keeved bittersweet varieties make up the majority of this naturally sweet blend - Ashton Bown Jersey, Harry Masters Jersey and Dabinett. The tannins are silky and smooth from the keeving process and the Ashton Brown Jersey gives tropical notes to the cider. The bittersweets are balanced with acidity from a small amount of Crimson King and Stoke Red.

750ml bottle from Wild West. Orange gold colour, no head and aroma of mucky apple hints. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, orchardy, some funky barnyard hints, mellow citrus and soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable
