A soft and hazy take on a popular, classic style
Juicy, soft, and bursting with tropical fruit flavours, this hazy IPA showcases a blend of bold hops and aromatic yeast against a big body from high protein malts, replicating the sumptuous, smooth mouthfeel of ripe mango. It finishes with a low bitterness to let the hop aromas and flavours linger on your palate.

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail, and a bit past its best before date at that! Pours hazy amber gold, thick white head. Strong resin and pine aromas, caramel too, light sherbet. Taste is sweet up front, bitter resinous hops at the back, pithy at the end. Sticky texture spoils it a bit for me.

Piney and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of grapefruit, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, a touch of resin. Taste is crisp bitter hoppy, tropical fruity, mango, grapefruit, passion fruit pineapple again, a resinous touch, caramel malty background; almost viscid, slimy texture, mouthfilling palate. 330ml bottle from Beer Gonzo. Pours gold with a decent white head. Aroma is fresh grapefruit. Taste is vibrant grapefruit presented with absolute clarity. Sharp fruit / pine / pith with a fresh bitterness. Very enjoyable this & meets expectations as my first Cloudwater brew. Ones to watch.

On tap Cloudwater Brewery and tap (tap open Saturdays), Units 7-8 Picadilly Trading Estate, Manchester, Saturday 18th April 2015 Pours orange/amber with some haze and a filmy white head. Really citrussy in the mouth with grapefruit dominating though there is some pine. Quite a thick slightly syrupy mouthfeel, really juicy, restrained bitterness leading to a dry lengthy finish.
