Screw-cap bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck!): Golden, hazy with lots of little floaties, visible carbonation, small foamy layer; delicate traces of infection (chalky/fruity aromas) in the light grainy-hoppy nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft&creamy; slightly lingering pale-malty and bitter finish with a fruity-yeasty touch. Odd aroma, but still drinkable....

(bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Slightly yeasty-spicy and malty aroma with herbal and slightly sweaty hoppy notes. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Yeasty malty taste with grainy and herbal hoppy spots; sweet and slightly hop bitter finish with yeasty spicy notes. Clean and balanced brew. 21.IV.11

bottle from Lenzkirch. Cloudy orangey golden colour, large white head. Yeasty nose with a rural character, perhaps some barnyard or horse blanket? Medium-bodied, robust grainy malty base, pleasantly hoppy with a nice yeasty character, quite rural with a touch of barnyard. Feels lively but the carbonation is pleasantly smooth. Yes, this is good!
