Thanks Patrik! Golden-amber and sparkling. Blackberry, blueberry nose with toasty caramel accents. Hints of berries, toast and some nice floral notes. This is an interesting beer. Distinctiveness makes it fun.

Bottled. Amber/orange colour, not much head. Aroma is pumpkin, some caramel malts and flowery hops. Flavour is sweet fruits, some alcohol as well as pumpkin. Mild fruityness as well. A rather sweet, yet pleasantly balanced beer.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with lots of sediment floating around under a thin tan head. The aroma is of peas on a lightly malty background. The flavor is sweet with ntoes of peas, straw, malt, carrots, and caramel - a bat combination.

Bottle. It pours a hazy, orange-copper body with a quite small beige head leaving nice lacings. When sniffing the brew, I start to wonder if it’s infected, with it’s aromas of citrusy sourness, old wet hay, rotting fruit and chalk. There’s also caramel and fruityness, which seems to be what other people have found. It wasn’t really bad, but certainly nothing I would be proud of. The flavor was much better, but still not what it was intended to be I think, with a slightly sourish, chalky and dusty flavor to follow the sweetness and fruityness that dominated. The beer finished in the same way. Medium body. Hopefully this beer was better out of the brewery before Easter, than it was one and a half month later. (080509)

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy amber golden with floating impurities and a creamy, beige head. Sweetish, fruity, caramellish nose. Quite full-bodied, sweetish caramel, fruit and a little ashyness. Some bitterness in the finish. Not sure if this was intended as a Bock, but if so it didn’t really come out as such. Still a decent brew though. 270408

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are sweet roast malt, spices, dark fruits. More like a regular bock really.
