Clear yellow colour, gooseberry green notes, mellow sournes, a bit of yoghurt and salty tinge. Very nice and easy to drink.

Lett tåkete gul med hvitt skum. Lukter stikkelsbær, sitrus og urter. Syrlig I smak. Lett smak av stikkelsbær. Noe salt avslutning.

Can 44 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a solid, white head. Tart, citric aroma. Light body, I may sense a faint berry character, but they are almost impossible to pinpoint. The nettles? I dunno, but there's some sort of underlying astringenzy that could be from them. But over all, this is very sour, you know in the lactic way. 300622
