Pale amber in colour, Tims Bier is a Mai Bock-style beer, brewed with Munich Malt and a single variety of German hops. The juicy, biscuity Munich malt mingles with the fruity tang of the Tettnang hops to produce a gloriously refreshing springtime brew.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 16/05/09. Deep amber in colour with a decent. off-white head. Big, leafy hop aroma with some balancing malt sweetness. Flavour had some caramel to start, with orange hoppiness and a decent bitter finish. Drinkable.

Cask@HBF2009. Clear amber color, small white head. Sweaty hoppy aroma. Chewy malty, nice woody hops, nice dry aftertaste. Good tasty real ale.
