Bottle 750ml.
Clear light yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate dry sweet pear, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090821]

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of Papsoe. It’s a pale yellow and clear cider without any head. Pears and sugary sweetness on the aroma. Ok, so it’s a perry, but I would very much like something more than just the flavor of any pear and sugar in my mouth, doesn’t help if the finish is all standard, almost artificial, pear either. Sweet too in the mouth. An industrial imperial perry that won’t appear in my book of rerates. 090821

Bottle, 8%. Citric aroma, candylike and sugary. Clear very pale yellow colour. Almost no head. Sweet flavour. Actually tastes more of pear than apple. But much too sweet of course.

Botttle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours light yellow with a small bubbly head. Sweet and cloying flavor and nose. Alcohol and artificial perry flavor.
