Capped 750 from Domus Birrae. Pours gold with a foamy off-whitehead. Aromas of perfume and earth. Med minus body. Flavor is earthy and floral. Hop seems to be noble. It’s a bit light, but tasty. Finishes dry and fairly bitter.

15th December 2008. Cloudy gold beer, thin white head. A slightly fruity and watery beer that is quickly overwhelmed by hot and dry spices. Ginger stands out. A little spice afterburn on the finish as well. Over spiced for a Saison.

@Tampa Weekly Gathering-Thanks kiefdog-750ml bottle–pours an off white ring for a head and hazy yellow/gold color. Aroma is mint/pine, herbal, light malt. Taste is mint/pine/ginger, herbal, light malt. Light body. Easy, seems to have some age on it, would be interesting trying fresh.

Courtesy of kiefdog. Pours fully opaque dull white paper to orange and thin off white head. The aroma is full of kitchen cabinet spicy hodgepodge with a wood sensation, some earthiness and a bit of yeast. The taste starts with lemon grass like spices and then moving into milder notes of various other spices that seem smooth and blend together. Refreshing brew.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Slightly hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and spices. Light body, sweetish fruit, yeast and spices. Some leathery accents. The finish is dry without much bitterness. Refreshing and flavourful in spite of the low ABV. 260309

Bottle labeled 06/06 thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a small, white head and a clear-ish yellow body. Some good lacing left behind. Aroma is of sweet biscuits, with apple, light citrus, ginger, sun tan lotion, pepper, mint, coriander and anise. Taste is quite spicy and a bit watery (alcohol % noted), with notes of camomile, diacetyl, and a slightly bitter finish. Light carbonation and a water like mouthfeel.
