21 March 2022. At Bar Sjansaar, Koksijde. Cheers, Anke!
Clear golden, stable, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, cooked apple, ripe pear, apricot, bread crust. Taste has sweet ripe apple & pear, clove-like phenols over yeasty-bready maltiness. Grassy & floral hoppy finish, lots of yeast and 'apple on steroids', warming jenever-like alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. The best you could get at a bar like this. Probably an alias, as little to nothing is known about it.
