This Triple IPA is our annual salute to the glory of the hop, and this year’s version we’ve really stripped back the recipe and reassembled something which showcases all of our favourite elements from our IPA brewing this year. A hefty 28g/l dry hop with a headline assembly of Citra, Idaho 7, Strata and Mosaic results in distinct aromas of passion fruit, cantaloupe melon and lime, with more tropical fruit and a peppery dankness coming through on the palate.

Pretty cloudy orange blond beer, big creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: intense, very fruity, tropical fruits, sweet impression, mango. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very intense, hoppy, tropical fruits, sweet, mango, lots of alcohol, bit oxidized. Aftertaste: tropical fruits, very intense, oranges, sweet, papaya, alcohol, juicy, good bitterness as well, intense, bit dank, good stuff!

4-0. Passion fruit, pineapple, lime—big ester nose, tons of juice, belying the ABV. Sweet hops and glory.
