春を目前にしてのリリースは、アメリカン・ベルゴスタイル・エール（American-Belgo-Style Ale）の新作です。 今回、主役のホップはHüll MelonとMosaic。Hüll Melonはその名のとおり、熟したメロンのような香りが特徴的なホップ。これに、トロピカルフルーツやベリーといった香りを持つMosaicを重ねることで、香りに広がりを持たせました。 グラスを傾けると、Mosaic由来のベリーを感じさせるニュアンスと、セゾンイースト由来のスパイシーな香り。口に含めば、Hüll Melon由来の蜜を含んだ熟したメロンのような味わいが感じられます。また、Hallertau Blancの持つ白ブドウ感と清涼感が喉を駆け抜け、果実感を伴った爽やかな苦味が余韻として残ります。

This time of release is Hoppy Saison brewed with Saison yeast, which originated in Belgium, combined with hops used in current American IPAs. According to the Beer Style Guidelines (published by the US Brewers Association), this style is classified an "American-Belgo-Style Ale". This time, the main hops are Hüll Melon and Mosaic. The top aroma is good combination of hops and ether from Belgian yeast and have an elegant bitterness for aftertaste, but the finish is slightly dry. It has complex aroma, like ripe melon by using Hüll Melon hop, and also like berry and tropical fruits by using Mosaic hop.
