Draft at the brewery. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, gluey lager yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, grainy, mineral, gluey, toffee, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Served a little warmer than one might normally expect, which allowed the flavours to flood through. If all lagers were like this I’d drink them more often.
