Tripel Tempeest is een volle en kruidige tripel, vernoemd naar de Schrickelijke Tempeest, de grote storm van 1674 (!) die het middenschip van de Domkerk heeft platgelegd, hierdoor ontstond het Domplein zoals we het tegenwoordig kennen.

Hazy yellow to bright orange colour, minimal off-white lacing; aroma of lemony, some earthy-barnyard-like, fruity and slight banana notes; taste is similar with hoppy bitterness and some syrupy sweetness; enjoyable tripel

--Bottled, from Bierverteiler, Utrecht. -- Hazy deep golden, small head. Spiy pineapple aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with pineapple and grass. Mid bitter finish.

Clear golden with a white head. Malty aroma with some coriander. Sweet taste with a sweet low bitter finish. Nice and decent tripel.

Lci. Gisteren avont ten half achten ontstont hier een schrickelick onweer, dat tot half negen toe duurde; doch het slimste was gedaen in een quartier-uurs: den hemel stont gedurigh in licht en vlam, en 't was schrickelick den donder en vreesselycke winden
